We’re delighted to announce that Brackley Community Carnival will be back on June 4th 2022 and we can’t wait!

Plans area already underway and we are busy organising the event for next year.

However, we urgently need your help!

After 15 years of supporting the Carnival, several members of the current committee will be standing down after next years Carnival. So we urgently need your support to find new members to replace them and ensure the Carnival can continue to run for future generations.

There are a variety of roles becoming available including; Secretary, Treasurer, Health & Safety, Media & PR, Stall Bookings, Procession arrangements and Site management. Being a volunteer is incredibly rewarding, no previous experience is required just a keen interest in giving back to our brilliant Brackley community and an enthusiastic attitude about getting stuck in and making a difference.

We need find new members before Christmas 2021 so that they are able to run alongside the existing committee and learn the ropes in the lead up to Carnival 2022. Without a replacement committee in place by the end of this year, plans for 2023 will not be able to be made, and sadly 2022 will be the last Brackley Community Carnival as it is currently run.

We are holding our next meeting on Wednesday 10th November at 7pm, Egerton Hall meeting room. Where we would encourage anyone interested in joining in, to come along and meet the team and find out more about us.
