We are happy to announce that now you can now electronicaly submit booking forms and supporting documents directly via the website.

In an effort to reduce waste and be more efficient with Carnival preperations. We would ask, where possible that organisations taking part in the Procession and having Stalls at the Carnival upload their;

  • Booking Form
  • Risk assessments
  • Public liability insurance

Using the new ‘Submit Booking Forms‘ button which can be found under the Booking Forms Tab on the website.

Any associated payments can be made via BACS or by sending cheques made payable the ‘Brackley Community Carnival’ to our Carnival Treasurer at the address on the booking form, referencing your name and organisation.

Of course we will still accept paper booking forms through the post as before, but we would like to encourage the digital upload where possible.
